30_02 EIREP potential contribution of MUFICATA in European E-R-I relationships by means of European Legal Forms (ELF)

In EIREP partners join to provide information and documentation relating to the formation of European-Legal-Forms (ELF)'s, considering EC and national requirements. It will provide access to information services to initiate and create such and other partnerships for cooperating in European Research projects across Europe and abroad in particular between partners from ERI in European countries.

EIREP will promote information and communication solutions to reduce the gaps between initiatives and consortia. The European-Legal-Forms (ELF)s will promote entrepreneurial efforts in research and technological development projects focusing on European-Legal-Forms (ELF)s becoming a new legal form for cooperation in the EU.
EIREP will employ Open Information Solutions and Standards by initiating a net of multi-language information centers with web-mentoring facilitators.

EIREP will collaborate with information and communication providers and legal and multidisciplinary consultants to explore, design and implement Information solutions that best fit the cooperation of organizations in research projects with focus on European-Legal-Forms (ELF)'s. Finally, the sustainable exploitation of the information environment guarantees the necessary impact and resulting socio-economic benefits by triggering the formation of European-Legal-Forms (ELF)s and boosting their competitiveness as well as simultaneously promoting the activities of small and medium companies in the European Research Area (ERA).
EIREP at a glance:

The aim of the EIREP project is to create a instrument of partnership, cooperation and cohesion between organizations and countries with different cooperation understandings, status and characteristics of language, cultural, environment, technology, regulatory, etc. by utilizing the new structure of European-Legal-Forms (ELF)'s and thus reinforcing and enlarging the European Research Area (ERA).
