With the present email eCentres.net contacts to invite you a participate in the EUROPA-INNOVA co-funded TEIPKIS projects we're preparing.

The partners will submit to the European Commission under next CIP - Competitiveness & Innovation Framework Programme - specific call for proposals: "European Innovation Platform for Knowledge Intensive Services" with deadline the 7th of September. The aim of this call is to create a Trans-European Innovation Platform bridging between research, skills, incubation, entrepreneurship, finance and clusters in view of creating more EU Innovation champions in the field of services.

The "TEIPKIS" projects aim to develop Trans-European Innovation Platforms of knowledge Intensive Services for Technological startups in the RFID technology for different ICT sectors and applications and one horizontal supportive cross-sectoral action. The budget are 1.75MEUR and 800KEUR, 85% approx co-funded by EC. The duration is three years, 2008-2011.

The aim of this call is to create a European Innovation Platform for knowledge intensive services by bridging between research, skills, incubation, entrepreneurship, finance and clusters in view of creating more European innovation champions in the field of services. The final date for submission: 07 September 2007, 16h00 (Brussels time). The total budget are 1.7MEUR for sectoral platforms and 800KEUR for the cross-sectoral action, approx.80% EC funded. The duration are 3 years.

We will arrange a Friday weekly Webminar 18:30 to explain all this proposal requirements and to present the list of partners for platform and subcontracts. A work-meeting is expected to celebrate at first of July in BXL.

In order to build a pool of competences and interest we're looking for partners experts and stakeholders of Innovation and Knowledge fields (Incubators. Mentors, Investors, Sectoral Associations, Chambers of Commerce, IRC, BAN, BSN, Technological centers and business parks, etc).
Each particular case the partner can lead or become partner or also subcontractor in at least one of the TEIP-KIS platforms for structuring and reinforcing the pool of knowledge in the area of innovation services for projects and start-ups.

We think that this Trans-European platforms can support your regional INNOVATION community and programmes.

TEIP-KIS invitation (September):

Dear Mrs/Sirs,
With the present email I'm contacting directly you for a critical partner research for a project we're preparing.

The EUROPA-INNOVA project, led by the State Information Technology and Communication (SAITC) of R.Bulgaria, the Chamber of Commerce of Romania, the iCentres association of Bulgaria and CONSEN Euro-Group will be submitted to the European Commission under next CIP specific call for proposals: "European Innovation Platform for Knowledge Intensive Services" with deadline the 7th of September. The aim of this call is to create a Trans-European Innovation Platform bridging between research, skills, incubation, entrepreneurship, finance and clusters in view of creating more EU Innovation champions in the field of services.

The "TEIPKIS" project is aimed at developing a four different Trans-European Innovation Platforms of knowledge Intensive Services for Technological startups in different Sectorals (SEC, PHS, ODSS-GOV, BIO, ENE, etc) more one horizontal supportive cross-sectoral action. The projects are without profit aims and have a budget of 1.75MEUR each, 85% co-funded by EC. The duration is three years, 2008-2011.

In order to anticipate the maximum the required documents and coordinate our works, it is recommendable that you register and profile your company/organization in eCentres.net. In a second stage we will also require, signed and stamped the exclusion criteria form and the balance sheet.
Finally as you know we will redact the co-financing agreement, to be signed, stamped and posted to us in hard copy.

Dear Sirs,
We are very pleased to invite you to participate in TEIP-KIS European CIP co-funded (85%) project in order to collaborate/co-operate with all of us for doing a European INNOVATION FORCE to share resources and individual competences in the area of knowledge services for R&D and technological innovation for projects, entrepreneurs and start-ups.

TEIPKIS needs you high expertise and long experience, to joint companies, communities, networks and ideas as the same time that we can have a common purpose for working and researching in European thematic groups.

CONSEN (EEIG) Euro-Group is preparing a set of sectoral proposals (deadline Sep07), budget 1.750.000EUR 36 months of duration and a competences pool of 30-40 European organizations of innovation, governmental, industrial and academic partners.

TEIPKIS is an opportunity to reach funds for doing a common and relevant industrial cross-sectorial force and get some project and work in Innovation and knowledge services.

The Budget is around 60.000EUR for each partner. He was to attend 4/6 Workshops and provide experience and interest in to cooperate for establishing a European info-space providing high intensive-services of innovatio knowledge able to facilitate, support, enhance, enable and boost technological start-ups and project.

Abstract:
Build an EUROPEAN INNOVATION FORCE available and feasible to lead, coordinate and carry out the research, the innovation and the migration projects and works of the Information Systems of the Europe Union Public Administration and other big international corporations to Open-source (non-proprietary software) converting the Software using the Open-Source in a commodity for all, citizen, industries and public administrations.

The main aspects that we intend to address could be:
- Industrial Open-Source producers, Providers, Suppliers and Consultants Grouping
· Helping, Training and Learning (OS user and producers)
· Organizational Groupings issues related to Networking, Legal, Financial, Business
- Knowledge and experience evaluation and exchange
· Dissemination process throughout a sustainable and responsible exploitation
· EC public administration coordination requirements at local, regional, national and European level.
· The supportive (financial, legal and technical) environment situation for the OS sector.

Are you interested?

In order to participate, I need from you the documentation requested and not

The idea is to have almost finalized the formation of the consortium (40/50
partners) for next Wednesday, and send to them all the Workpackages and
financial values to be revised.
