Leadership Professor Dr. Eng. Hatem Hamad, Chairman of Tele-ITech, earned his Ph.D. in Germany, from Technical University of Darmstadt in 1995. Technology Tele-ITech's engineers specialize in the advanced and current technologies, as well as relational databases, C, C++, Java, SQL programming languages, MS operating systems, LINUX .NET, EJB, Internet programming, RMI, CORBA, Mobile computing, client/server configurations, various communication protocols, VHDL and FPGAs.
